I am helping a family find a new home for their male lionhead rabbit.  He is around 2 years old, and is all white with beautiful blue eyes.

He can be a little grumpy, and makes a grunting sound when I touch him, but he has never bitten me.  I don’t know how he was treated before I got him, but maybe he didn’t get enough TLC when he was young and has not yet learned how to trust the hands of humans.  I think in a quiet environment and with patience, he can be coaxed into trusting people into not being so resistant to being touched and petted.  Are you the right person/family to accept this challenge?  He is $100, and a baggie of the rabbit food I feed will be provided (Bar Ale 16% Rabbit Mini pellets). And some timothy hay if you don’t have any.

He has not been neutered.
